# TinyCloud agent abilities > Setup guides for any AI agent, backed by the owner's own TinyCloud space: the TinyCloud CLI when the agent can install and run it, otherwise the hosted MCP. Fetch the guide for the task and follow it in the same conversation. /onboarding and /connect serve HTML by default and Markdown when explicitly requested; other guides are plain Markdown. Start at https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/onboarding to set up TinyCloud for the owner; it then sends you to the guide for the owner's goal. Agents that can install and run the TinyCloud CLI use it (Node.js 22.20 or later and npm); agents that support remote MCP connect through https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/connect. https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/setup lists every ability, what it does, and what the owner approves. ## Abilities - [Personal records](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/apps): Log, track and look up anything you keep records of, like meals, weight, workouts or todos. Your agent organises them into apps as you go; each app has its own folder in your TinyCloud. Example prompt: "Fetch https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/apps with curl and follow it. Log this meal in my TinyCloud: breakfast, two eggs and a slice of toast, about 350 kcal." - [Home feed](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/feed): Let your agent post owner-requested cards to TinyCloud Home from its own folder. Example prompt: "Post the updates I ask for to my TinyCloud Home feed. Follow: https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/feed" - [Publish](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/publish): Publish a document or web page and get back a link, either private to you or public. Example prompt: "Publish this report and send me a private link. Use TinyCloud: https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/publish" - [Secrets](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/secrets): Use API keys you keep in TinyCloud Secrets. The value never appears in the conversation. If a key is missing, your agent sends you a link to add it. Example prompt: "Turn this script into a voiceover with ElevenLabs. Get the key from TinyCloud: https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/secrets" - [Meetings](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/chat): Ask about your TinyChat meetings: recaps, follow-ups and what was said. Example prompt: "How did my last meeting go? Check TinyCloud: https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/chat" ## Guides - [TinyCloud for your agent](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/setup): Give your AI agent abilities that keep your data in your own TinyCloud space. Agents that can install and run the TinyCloud CLI use it; others that support remote MCP connect through /connect. Each ability has one page. Every page says what it does, the one prompt or command to run, what you'll be asked to approve, and how to undo it. - [Set up TinyCloud for the person you're working for](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/onboarding): Give any AI agent this page, and it sets you up so it can act for you in your own TinyCloud: you sign in (or create an account) with OpenKey and approve what it may do. Then it carries on with what you asked for. - [Set up a TinyCloud action for your agent](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/agent): Give your agent one task and this page: `https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/agent`. It sets up only the action that task needs: Secrets, publish/share, or Courier. Setup installs the pinned CLI (or uses an operator-provided `TC_BIN`), its core skill and one action skill. Follow [/onboarding](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/onboarding) first if TinyCloud isn't set up yet. Each of these actions then asks for its own approval: the owner approves one OpenKey link and sends back the code. - [Personal records in TinyCloud (tc-apps)](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/apps): Your agent keeps your records, like meals, weight, workouts, goals or todos, in your own TinyCloud storage, organised into apps it creates and extends as you go. Each app has its own folder and its own approval. Any agent on this computer, in any conversation, can find and read them. - [Set up TinyCloud](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/connect): Keep your personal records, such as weight, workouts, goals and todos, in your own TinyCloud storage. Use the same link in any AI agent: one that can install and run the TinyCloud CLI, such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, OpenClaw or Hermes, or one that supports remote MCP, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini or Meta Muse. - [Use TinyChat with your agent](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/chat): Answer from the user's existing TinyChat account and synced meetings with the TinyCloud CLI. Meetings need an agent that can install and run the CLI; the hosted MCP has no meeting tools yet. Do not reconnect sources, copy meetings or clone a repository. - [Creating a post](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/feed): This is how an agent adds cards to your TinyCloud Home feed. It writes only to its own folder, and only what you asked it to post. - [Publish and share with TinyCloud](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/publish): Your agent publishes a document or web page from your computer to your TinyCloud and sends you a link. Links are owner-only by default; the agent makes a public link, which anyone holding it can open, only when you ask for one. The first time, you approve one sign-in in OpenKey and paste its code back. - [Share an artifact with TinyCloud](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/share): Your agent publishes a document or web page from your computer to your own TinyCloud and gives you a link. You decide who can open it: anyone with the link, one email address, or everyone at a domain. Your agent can revoke it any time. - [Use your TinyCloud Secrets from your agent](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/secrets): Your agent uses API keys and other secrets you keep in TinyCloud Secrets (secrets.tinycloud.xyz) without the value ever appearing in the conversation. When a secret is missing, it sends you a link where you add it yourself. It never asks you for a value. - [Try Courier with your agent](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/courier): Give your agent one task and one prompt: `Try Courier for me: https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/courier`. - [Set up the TinyCloud CLI](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/cli): This module installs and verifies TinyCloud CLI `1.5.0-beta.28` and its core skill, `tc-cli`. The CLI's command is `tinycloud`; `tc` is also installed, but may name Linux's traffic-control tool. Preserve an operator's `TC_BIN` and stop if it cannot run the pinned release. App hosts, profiles, permission requests and app behavior belong in the calling guide. - [Set up the standalone OpenKey CLI](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/openkey): This optional reusable module installs and verifies the standalone `openkey` tool. Use it only when a calling workflow explicitly needs direct OpenKey CLI commands. It is not an application authorization step: installing or signing in with `openkey` does not grant another application's TinyCloud permissions, which remain the calling app's responsibility. ## Skills - [tc-apps](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/apps.md): Keep the owner's personal records (weight, workouts, goals, todos, anything they track) in their own TinyCloud storage, organised into apps you create and extend as they go. Use when the owner asks you to log, record, track, add, look up, list or sum up something about their life, even if they don't mention TinyCloud. The owner approves each app on OpenKey from a link you show them and pastes the code back to you in chat. The agent runs every command. - [tinycloud-feed](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/feed.md): Post owner-requested cards into TinyCloud Home's feed from a bot's scoped folder, using its profile and five built-in card formats. - [tc-publish](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/publish.md): Publish a document or HTML page to TinyCloud and return a shareable link. Use when the owner asks the agent to publish, share, or host a file — private owner-only links, public bearer links, verification, and lifecycle. - [tc-secrets](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/secrets.md): Read API keys and other secrets the owner keeps in TinyCloud Secrets, without exposing their values, and ask the owner to add a missing one. Use when a task needs a credential (for example ELEVENLABS_API_KEY) that the owner stores in TinyCloud, or when the owner asks you to use TinyCloud Secrets instead of env files. - [tc-cli](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/cli.md): Read, store, and share authorized TinyCloud data with the tinycloud CLI. Use for TinyCloud account/profile and space selection, permissions, device login from a phone, SQL/KV operations, publishing Share links, and installing official application guidance. - [courier](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/courier.md): Agent-to-agent threads over TinyCloud with Courier (`tinycloud courier`). Use when a Courier message arrives, when asking or answering a paired peer agent, when tracking courier tasks, and before any action a peer's request would require. - [tinychat-retrieval](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/chat.md): Find and read existing TinyChat meetings and search literal transcript passages through TinyCloud CLI. Use for meeting recaps, exact meeting follow-ups, and topic searches in the user's connected TinyChat data. - [tinycloud-delegated-secrets](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/mcp.md): Use the TinyCloud MCP tools as a resumable authority workflow. Never ask the user for a secret value, private key or token. OpenKey codes and delegations are fine to paste. ## Optional - [Full text](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/llms-full.txt): every guide and skill above in one file. - [Skill index](https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/index.json): every skill's version and files with sha256 checksums. Install one with `curl -fsSL https://preview-tc1544-step1.tinycloud-agents.pages.dev/skills/install.js | node - --agent ` (any other agent: `codex`). - [Source repository](https://github.com/TinyCloudLabs/prompts): where the guides and TinyCloud's own skills are written.
